old gas mix with new gas?

My fuel tank has about a quarter of a tank of gas from last summer with some stabilizer in it. Should I try to siphon it out, run it out before adding new gas or just fill it up with new gas? My motor is a 75 horse oil injected Mariner

just fill it up with new gas.
