Worn starter brushes will often do that. Measure voltage at starter when it acts up. Connect from starter case to cable stud. If voltage is the same as battery, and unit won't rotate, starter is bad. (likely brushes)<br />>If there is no voltage to starter when it acts up....then look to the solenoid and related wiring.<br /><br />*Be sure the battery is up in charge!!!!
