My floor in my boat was installed with a brad or nail-gun. So the floor came up easy, except all the little nails are left in the stringers. The nails that wer'nt rusted so bad I was able to remove. My question is do I need to dig out the rest of the nails and screws left in the wood? They are pretty rusted and I was wondering If its going to rot the wood. I will be sealing up the stringers with epoxy anyway, will this be fine to leave the rusted nails in the stringers? Thanks, Zet

I'd Leave 'em there,.... If they're sticking Up,... Drive 'em In....
