Hello everyone - I'm a long time reader, 1st time poster....I have just purchased several older Mercury outboard engines in various states of repair. I was wondering if anyone knows where I might be able to find an exploded view of various parts of outboards, or any diagrmas that may assist in maybe putting one motor together out of the parts off the other ones? But before I attempt anything like that - I really need to understand how the typical outboard / gearbox etc works - so was hoping to be able to see a exploded view - anyone have any ideas ?
