they are there for the good info, adding your comment, is there for the next reader, and next person who searches out the subject. 99% of all questions could be answered if the person used the search feature.

There are some timetravellers who have the ability to move back and forth and not ever get confused by their actions.
Believe it or not, but on iboats we do have a snickering mutt who seems to easily forget in which day, month or year his last bone was buried. :D ;) ;)

Amen to that TD. I try using the search engine on this forum for the answer myself to find answers not only for me but for a person that has a similar problem. It might give the person a hint also that if he would of searched for the subject then he wouldn't of had to post a new thread. But it's a never ending thing. I believe there should be a forum rule on posting on an old post, especially if the new post is asking the old post a question that will not be replied to. Or maybe the old post should be locked.

What gets me is how somebody will come back and post another thread about the same subject that we or the higher ups have just got through answering for somebody else on another thread. All that person would of had to do is just do a little research then bam there's the answer for him.

Re: old posts???

i have about 75 link in my bookmarks, so i don't have to keep retyping the same thing, over and over.

thats, just the way forums are. some are lazy, some don't know.
