Old Sea King

Just dug my fathers old sea king out of barn. Would like to get acess to a manual, and would like to know the year etc.Montgomery Wards Model# 94GG9003A, Ser.# 268922.
Would appreciate any Info.--Stonybill

1949 1.5Hp made by Gale, I'm afraid that's all I have to offer.

49-50 1.5 hp only made 48-49 49-50. Manual will be really hard to find but try
KenCook.com. While my old Gale book lists the 1.5 in the model chart manual
only goes back to 51.All other models use J6C plugs at .030,points are set at
.020.Fuel mix is probably 16:1

No manual for that one that I'm aware of...actually have one out in the shop with a bad prop shaft thrust washer...shaft wobbles badly. Need parts?

Actually, I know I need a spring for carb throttle shaft., and probably the shaft. Does the carb look intact on yours?
