Well, I've looked over the pics and read the reply's; not going to agree or disagree but offer how I would approach this if I were contracted to do the repairs... Pics 1-4 tell me that this is beyond "marine tex easy" and more into the "fiberglass 101" realm. It appears to be a very simple repair, but for long term results I believe you're going to need to lay up glass. Pic 5 is a simple fill and fare and really a non-issue (more cosmetic than anything). The glass repairs could be done in a weekend for a DIY (start to finish ready to splash) and probably less than $70 assuming you have a sander and the bottom paint. Like WOG said, a simple sander and 40 grit will go a long way for small repairs like this. If you would like help with this, I can guarantee there won't be any shortage of people willing to throw their hat into the ring... Just my 2cents... Either way, you're not going to sink!
