old Volvos

Is there a chart somewhere that gives some clue as to what model of Volvo was available in what year?
I am going to try to go and look at a boat with an inline 6 Volvo engine and outdrive.
The ad says dual carbs.
Just wonder what I might be getting into?

I don't really want the boat but I would like the windshield and roof off of it to install on another boat - it is a hardtop. Then I would try to resell this one without losing any money on the deal so I don't want to end up with something I have to totally part out if I can help it.

AQ165, AQ170 were the only inline six motors. They actually had 3 carbs and used them throughout the 70s. I would plan on parting it out...

Thank you both. You are correct that it is a triple carb setup. A 170 with a 250 drive.

ya, i was just wondering where a 170 might be to get parts from, mine needs a good cyl. head.
