The transom fits. I have just enough bolts that came out of the transom to hold it together for the leak test. I can't believe I took the guys word for it that the boat doesn't leak. It ranks up there with the many other incredibly stupid things I have done.
With some luck I will get some friends to help me get the boat out of my shop and onto the trailer to take it around the corner to the lake. If it doesn't leak I will have to try to remember what the thing looked like 2 years ago when I took it apart. Fun, fun, fun.
