I found out the ser# is 1206327 not 1200327 and that makes it match the description in the old mec page. The button on the tiller does not seem to move any lever, maybe thats why I can't get the shift to newtral to work, when I get my manual mayby I can figure it out. Anybody working on a 28A out there or have one? Thanks, Ron
