I need help. I have a 1994 Four-Winns Fling Jet boat. The performance is slowing with
a recently rebuilt motor. I wish to change the I impeller since the one I have is worn.
I have been told that the leading edge of the blades are dull and the gap between the
impeller and the housing is only supposed to be the thickness of a single sheet of paper.
Mine has a gap of at least 5 or 6 sheets. I need to know two things. The part number
of the impeller, and is there any place to get them, or an after market impeller that gives
greater performance.

Any help on this will be appriciated. Thanks

As you can tell I know nothing about this subject, and once I resolve this, I won't bug
anyone with constant questions.

Try www.turbojetproducts.com they have new parts.
My dau and grandson just bought one 95 with 115 engine runs great except for hole shot. Let me know what you find for parts, and what it took to repair yours. At Clanton@atlantic.net.

Look in boattraideronline Rage blown motor new pump 2500, search Rage this site, he is parting out motor and pump, converting to autboard.

Tony...The blades should be sharp and can be sharpened with a file...and the clearance for the impeller can be adjusted on most by taking the impeller out and moving some of the shim washers to the output side of the impeller. I think they start with 6 shims on top and as the impeller and housing wear you move shims to the other side to make the space tighter...if you don't have a stainless impeller installing one will make a huge diference also...just a Thought
