OMC 3.0 L water problem

I have an 87 OMC 3.0L 140HP I/O and <br />have started to see some water in the <br />oil. I have a new manifold and riser<br />and head gasket to install this weekend.<br />My question is!<br />Is there any other trouble spots on this<br />motor to check? Like a hidden freeze plug <br />behind the circulation pump or something <br />like that? Thanks for your help in advance.<br /><br />Bob H

If the motor has sat up for a while your problen could be no more than condensation thats formed inside the engine block from ambient temperature changes. (Especially if it sits in the sun.) I'd change the oil then run the motor and check the oil regularly to see if you have a real problem or not.<br />
