Omc 5.0 Replaced starter, and solenoid, no power

Starter was locked up on boat, when I changed starter, I changed solenoid also. Prior to, the ignition would turn the solenoid. Now I'm getting nothing after the swap. What is a culprit to this?

You may have reversed the 2 primary wires on the main solenoid.
Is there power to the instrument panel?

Agreed are you sure you wired it correctly? The yellow/red wire from the ignition switch is on the inboard small terminal…

Yes, I had power til I switched them

What do you mean by inboard small? The right side of ignition solenoid?

Yellow/red to the “S” terminal on the starter solenoid.

Solenoid is on the starboard side of motor.

Yellow/red to the “S” terminal on the starter solenoid.

I narrowed it down to ignition. Thanks!!!!
