Ok need some advice on how to change the water pump on the stern drive? I do have a Seloc repair manual and all the basic tools needed. Do I have to remove the whole stern drive I hope not? So far I have remove the lower part of the stern drive and now trying to remove the exhaust housing and the exhaust cover. All four bolts from the exhaust housing broke off 
and now having trouble in removing the cover. Do I have to remove the shift cable in order to replace the water pump? What did I get myself into How hard is this task? All your help is appreciated Thanks
