Hey y'all,
I have an circa 1999 OMC/Bombardier remote control (throttle/trim) unit with an ignition switch that has a kill switch/lanyard feature. The kill switch no longer works. The motor will keep running after I pull the lanyard off. I was told I just need to replace the ignition/kill switch vice the whole remote control unit. But I'm having a hard time finding just the ignition/kill switch combo on the web (local stores don't have a clue). Does anyone know where I can get this exact piece?
Or if anyone knows how to fix this problem that would be kewl too.
