OMC COBRA 4.3 lit. tag

I have OMC COBRA 4.3 lit. engine and tag with engine and model number missing.<br />I kindly asking to help me to find another position of number.<br />Engine is 1990 year!<br /><br />Thanks

Hi Drazen,.... Welcome to the forums here at iboats......<br /><br />I'm Not Sure, But there's a good chance that if the # is Gone,... It's Gone.......<br /><br />You can usually get the parts you need by using the Year........<br /><br />I'm sure that 1 of the Guys who know more about the OMCs than I do will be along shortly.......<br />Maybe 1 of them can help.....

If you know it's a 1990 and a 4.3L the only other thing we'd need is: 2bbl or 4bbl carburetor...

If it is a 2bbl it will have a distributor,if it is a 4 bbl it won't have a distributor.It will say spltfire ignition.Other then those two points I have been able to buy my parts for mine with just the year.
