OMC Cobra Gimbal Bellow Replacement

I have a 1994 OMC Cobra 5.0 and need to replace the gimbal bellow. Any suggestions or tips on replacing this bellow?

The U-Joint bellows are very easy to replace.
Pull the drive
Remove the 2 pivot pins that hold the pivot housing to the gimbal ring..
Release the bellows from the pivot housing and remove the clamp from the forward part of the bellows.
Pull the bellows out the top.
Then just put it back together in reverse order.
