Ok, so the OMC procedure is to fill from the middle plug...
Do you remove the top plug and lower at the same time and fill it until you get clean oil from both?

NO the bottom plug is the drain, you put that one back in with a new seal and leave it, the center one is your filler, you squeeze the fluid in through that hole till it reaches the dipstick indicator while resting on the threads, not screwed in.

Cap everyhting off screw the dipstick in with a new o-ring and go for a short ride then recheck.
