OMC parts needed

Good ole UPS dropped a 1987 4hp JOhnson I had shipped to me and broke the motor cover , starter cover which the motor cover attaches to and the carry handle. Dealer says the first 2 are not available.<br />Maybe someone has them in stock.<br />Needed are # 0283392, 0397393 and 0397227 which is available.<br />TIA

Wish I could help but wanted to comment on UPS they sure have an attitude the last couple of years, an improvement in that and service like they started out with would certainly be better than spending all the money that they do on advertising.

Well, I may not need parts now. UPS wants me to put motor back in the wooden box which is built around the motor and held together with at least 50 screws both Phillips and square drive. They will pick it up, take to local office to inspect after uncrating it. I wonder if they have the square drive tool. Then recrate and send back to the guy who sold it to me. I doubt that he wants it back.<br />What a mess.
