OMC Power Trim will not lower

Hello, I have a 70hp Johnson outboard with an OMC Power Trim. It raised but will not lower. The electric motor runs while trying to lower but it will not move. any advice or suggestions are appericated. Jeff

Hi, Jeff.<br /><br />That is usually a sign of low fluid. Pull the filler screw (looks like lower end drain screw) and top her off. Cycle her up and down a few times and repeat until it wont take any more.<br /><br />Good luck.
