OMC Sail Drive Zephyr runs ok, but white/blue smoke

This forum is miraculous! It helped to correct our ignition problem. Thanks, iceman & schematic!<br /><br />Our 2 cyl 2 stroke 15HP inboard OMC engine (on our 1978 O'Day 25) runs perfectly now. My only doubt is the white/blue smoke, even when it's warm.<br /><br />Should I worry? Or is it the oil of the 2-stroke mix?

Blueish grey, would be normal. If it's truly white, you may be making steam which would be a sign of ingesting water into the cylinders (head gasket) or overheating the engine-low efficiency water pump.
