OMC sea drive bracket problem

I have a sea drive 225 the bracket have a hidralic tilt now im removing the engine from the bracket but i tilt motor wont work i looked for the motor every where and i can't see it can someone tell me where it might be, or does it have a tilt motor? what pushes that big piston up?..........going crazy in miami

Damn. Id like to get a hold of a OMC sea drive for the back of my cuddy cab. Yes it should have a tilt motor if its power titl and trim. Unless its hydrolic some how... not sure on that one. But there should be a tilt motor... Look around the transom..

I have an 1.6l omc seadrive and yes mine is hydraulic and the motor is on the inside side of the transom

mine is acting up and thinking of replacing it its a pain

thank you ill check one more question im swithing motor the old on is a 150 omc sea drive bolts on with 6 screws my replacement is a 225 with 6 screws to the sea drive bracket are those interchangable
