Thank you, any idea of the horse power? Is this motor any good? I'm thinking on buying this motor but I heard that they brake transom very easy, it's that true? Thank for any help or advice on this motor.<br />Thank you

Its outboard cousin was 175 at the prop.<br /><br />If it hasnt broke the transom in over 20 years, I doubt it was a real issue to start with.

is this a 175hp or 235hp, the guy is telling me that the motor is a 2.6L 235hp. any way to find the HP on this motor?<br />Thank you

The 2.6 crossflows were rated at 235 at the flywheel and 175 at the prop.

What hull would you be putting it on? I have 1986 235 hp Sea Drive on a 25' CC.
