Well, I got it all put back together but I'm still having problems. It will go down easily now but will not go up. It tries but will not budge. It's not the motor because I have two of them and I tried with both motors in--same problem. I even hooked up power directly to the motor with a jumper pack. The trunions are greased and the unit swings freely on its own. It must have something to do with how it all went back together. Any ideas? Gonna start a new thread, too.
