OMC Tilt Trim Fluid

Found post on Merc Tilt/Trim setups , but not the OMC Cobra. Gotta 87 OMC Cobra 2.3L and was wanting to know if I can use Power Steering Fliud in the Tilt/Trim System.<br /> Thanks for any help!!

I've used reg power sterring with no problems.

power steering fluid atf both acceptable<br />note:unit should be filled with drive up
