OMC Tools For Yamaha??

Well I did aquire some special OMC tools for my Old E-rude that I replaced with a Yamaha 90.<br />Sorry I am not selling any, tools I buy and keep!<br /><br />I guess some may have uses as Yamaha tools too?<br /><br />OMC Connecting Rod alignment Tool?? NOPE This was a very expensive tool that you dont need with a Yamaha to rebuild one.<br />V blocks, shim gauges, dial indicators yes<br /><br />Stevens CD -77 Peak Reading Volt meter - Yes<br /><br />OMC Flywheel puller kit.. I dont know?? Its a three hole job and looks like it will adjust to many flywheels.<br /><br />Stevens 4 wire Spark Checker, Yes<br /><br />TDC tool, Yes unless the spark plug threads are different<br /><br />Multimeterf course<br /><br />Snap On flywheel holder:Yes<br /><br /><br />Looks like Its good to go!

the OMC tool will fit some of the v6 and v4 yams but is not nessasary. however like you I dont seel tools once I have them . last time I looked the cap alignment tool was over 300 dollars. the piston stop tool I dont know about, depends on which one it is. the rest should work fine on the yam, the stevens will work on any ign system with a coil. just have to know what your looking for . works with points,CDI, ADI and TCI. I own 2 of them. the puller bolts for the OMC are a different thread than the yam. I found old yam head bolts work well as puller bolts.
