what is the last year the controls with the red plug fit. I am looking for a 115 hp but can't remember the year span of these controls. thanks, kev............

1995 in 96 they switched to the modular wiring harness. BRP does make a wiring harness to convert post 96 controls to 95 and earlier outboards,

There were a few early 96 motors with red plugs, I owned a 60 hp evinrude that had one. It was easier just to say it was a 95 when I needed parts.
