OMC260 exhaust upgrade ???'s

is there anything else I need?
I have a manifold leak (exhaust) I think at the starboard front cylinder. Can't hear it for about 5 minutes, then it get pretty loud.
I'm sure these are gunked up, and I could use the small power upgrade. I just don't know if this covers all the bases or not..

Engine serial is 990262s

You ever have the manifold off yet ? Could it be blow by and a little machining, and a new gasket could fix it ?

I'm sure it's a bad gasket from the sound, I don' think the manifold is cracked. I'm just expecting them to be yuck inside do to the age.
I'll get some gaskets today and see what we have.
