OMS pump swap??

Does anyone know if an OMS pump of a 1999 70hp johnno will work on a 1997 150 ocean pro? I have pulled a few apart and they look exactly the same.

Yes, it should work fine as long as it is the OMS pump which has the replaceable hose fittings.

As said above, it should work as long as you can swap the fittings around. They were both the same fuel/oil ratio.

Yeah,exactly the same fittings.The pumps look identical.

I do believe the 150 ocean pro had a different fuel out fitting going into the vst.
