on board charger wiring

i just bought a 1987 charger 185v foxfire. it has a 24 volt trolling motor. it came with a bass pro xps i series 2 bank charger. my question is do the two trolling batteries charge as one or do i need to hook up to both trolling batteries. thanks for any advice in advance.

Attach one pair of charger outputs to each battery. They do not charge as one since they are in series. Two batteries in parallel still provides 12 volts so those two charge as one and you would only need one pair of outputs.. But that is NOT what you have so one pair of outputs goes to each battery.
