This is another Urban Legend, this tale has gone around for years at numerous different stores. Always a friend of a friends cousins sister friend knew someone it happened to.

I also heard it was at Home Depot and the guy had to spend the night there because no one heard him yelling for help....... Urban Legend I agree.

We glued a supervisor to the seat of his electric cart one time. Guy was a tyrant and caused more problems then he ever resolved.<br /><br />One day as he was chewing out some folks that had finished up a job sooner then he had expected another cuy spread Perma-Tex super glue on the black <br />heavy vinyl seat of the jerks cart. This stuff in anarobic so it stays liquid as long as there is air. <br /><br />Jerko came out to his cart, jumped in it and took off. At his next stop his new Wrangler jeans were one with the cart. Seems it soaked through and also made his butt cheeks one with the cart.<br /><br />Sure was a waste of good vinyl.<br /><br />By the way, from personal observation. If you spread the glue out evenly it just makes the black vinyl look shiney. Not wet really.
