One more time...overheating '78Merc 302...

I know, I know. My neighbor has a 78 mercruiser 302 old but runs real nice. It is over-heating, and after reading all your posts I know he needs to change/check his impeller. It has not been replaced for three years. How difficult is this? he is VERY mech. inclined.<br /><br />DonS, any pictures?
