Just what iwombat said tilt the engine, pull the pin, put it back in the very first hole. I am willing to bet (with iwombats money) that when you give it full throttle that you will not see your bow rise up like it has been doing. It's going to get up plane much faster. Then once it does acheive 4900 rpm start trimming it up with your trim button and watch for your rpm's to climb. Listen to the engine and watch your rpm's. One of the following will happen, A)the rpm's will increase to a point and then no further,(make a note of that reading) B) the rpm's increase to a point and then suddenly jump even higher 5500 or beyond, (Immediately let off on the throttle)make a note of what rpm that happened at. I will assume you are still using your 13.25x17 prop.
