Only original exhaust manifold for a 5.0 Merc??

Hi!

I have a question about aftermarket parts:

I have a 5.0 mercruiser, jan 2004, s/n: 0W034799 that needs manifold replacement.

I looked up the numbers, here are the needed parts:
865735a02 - manifold
864309t02 - elbow
864908a1 - 6 inch riser kit

I tried to find aftermarket parts (OSCO, BARR, SIERRA) but it seems there are none. Can I still use standard aftermarket 4 inch exhaust manifolds (with risers and elbows) or will there be any trouble?
