Trying to remove the jet unit from my 1972 evinrude 50 hp and snapped off the head of a bolt holding the jet to the motor. I thought I might get lucky and be able to still pull the unit with the broken bolt still in since the jet housing shouldn't have any threads in it. Now I have 2 problems...the broken bolt and I can't get the unit off. Did I mention I drilled it and busted off an extractor?
There should be the 4 bolts plus the one coming down from the upper unit. Am I missing any? Any advise?

If you busted off one of those hardened extractors in the drilled out hole you are SOL. I'd take it to a machine shop at this point. They're hard to drill out properly at the best of times and now you have an easy out stuck in it!
