opinions on Cylinder condition. Repost, trying photobucket link vs pics

1993 115. Took apart on bench after a problem. Starboard upper piston broke outter ring. I will dig into underlying causes eventually.

Surprising there is little damage, didnt see any until I took out the piston. The walls are fine, no lines that can catch my finger nail. The Piston has to be replaced. The Bore Mic'd in spec to my oem manual. There are a couple scuffs that should hone out.

The one spot I'd like some opinions on is in the PICS. One exhaust port has two marks at each inside corner. They are not deep. In watching the pistons move, the piston edge comes even with the inner edge of these ports. The marks are a slight gouge, and do not stick up, and are actually pretty smooth. Was wondering if I hone, and bevel the port hole edges (camfor), would this Cyl be ok give the location of these "marks".

If this will be ok, was planning on crosshatching all Cylinders, all new pistons and rings.
