Everything in used boats is condition. Looks good. Now take it out for a sea trial.

Re: Opinions wanted

I second that, looks like he has taken some really good care with her. I like to see pics like these from people trying to sell boats. They even covered the carpets with plastic!

It looks to be in too good of shape for something just due to a good cleaning job. It always astounds me to check the pics of people trying to sell boats and to see the interior cluttered with stuff. I always wonder if they didn't have the presense of mind to do thier best to make it presentable, how much pride could they have had over the years maintaining it?

Thats a generalization I am sure, but enters my mind non the less.

Nice looking boat, first impression was it was bit too expensive, but I love the layout, you can tell the owner kept good care of it,I had some inlaws that kept there livingroom furniture wraped in plastic... all the time. The stuff looked great even though the springs where shot in the sofa. Hope you get a deal!!!!

Jim

Nice boat Magster! When you do your test, take note on its load. Are the tanks empty or full? Do you need to add for weight?

Make sure it has a full load on her when you try it out. This will let you know how it gets up on plane and maintains it. Other than thinking it could be a bit underpower, it is a great looking boat.

I know the guy who owns this boat. It's as nice as it looks, and as carefully maintained as it appears. The 5.7 in a boat this size is not going to be underpowered by any stretch. It's the biggest motor available in the 2355. Good luck Magster, I hope it works out well for you.

Yeah, with the 5.7 it apparently cruises at 30 and will top 40 @ w.o.t. That's a good 10 mph faster than my 23' / 5.0 Sea Ray was. It's a really nice boat (if I had more $ I'd buy it) but as the owner is in the U.S. and I'm up in Canada it makes the purchase quite expensive due to the exchange and taxes. I'm going to make an offer of 'what I have' and hope for the best. I'm close but he doesn't want to drop his price at all. I'll keep ya' posted.
