Picked up a boat last week, she's an old-un that needs some TLC but for the age in very good shape.:joyous:

It wasn't until I got it home and started to have a good look around I noticed the distributor:confused: looks like a truck one. I know I'm going to have to change it, but what I don't understand is the boat runs really well. With the vacuum advance being removed I can't figure out why it runs so well lol.

If any one has any pointers to what aftermarket distributor would work that would be a great help (1988 350)

Cheers Guy's Delco Voyager it is then.

Still don't get how it seems to run so well, flat ignition curve of 15*................................... go figure eh!!

Edit:Looks the same as what the Volvo Penta uses with the jumper cable?
