Hi guys
I have recently bought a Optimax 150 hp, '03, it has only been running 92 hours.
I am a little unsure about how to interpret the vibrations my engine is transferring to the hull. It happens at about 750 to 1750 rpm.
I can not become wise to if this is normal or an error, and hopefully some of you Optimax owners can confirm or deny this as an error.
I have read about some Optimax owners who experience the same "problem", although to different rpm areas and some of the engines are completely new.
I don't expect it to be a possible tear / defect in the suspension due to the low running hours nor an unbalanced propeller shaft as it is present even when engine is not in gear.
Are there any of you who have experienced similar "problems" with your engine and what was the error / solution?
Thank you very much
/Martin
