Optimax Engine Guardian alarm sounding when motor is off

I have a 2008 115 Optimax that the guardian system is beeping with the motor turned off and the key in the accessory position when I use my radio. What could be some of the things causing this to happen?

Motor should not have a acc position as it powers purple wire which turns EMM on. Radio should be wired to a separate switch for power and engine should only be off/on/start 3 position.
