Opti's/Ficht , What years to stay away from?

What year Opti's and Ficht were bad? I hear that the newer models have solved the problems. What year did they become reliable?<br />Stalker

some up-grade kits made the 2001 ficht engines "better". the 2002-up on the ficht would be the better choices, vs. 97-99.<br />I can't say on the opti-pops....Rodbolt will be the man to answer that question.
