Manual titl cylinder on my 1974 Johnson 70hp is frozen- can't drop prop down any farther than 2nd hole- I think the angle might really be effecting my ability to plane. But no more spares available from dealer- any suggestions?

I'm not real clear on what you're calling the "manual tilt cylinder". Could this be the tilt tube?<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty
