Does anyone know where I can get stickers for a 1984 50HP force? Internet searches dont produce what I'm looking for.

Try getting in touch with these folks. The do stock late model 50HP decals 1996 and later I believe. Look in the
"Marine engine decals" section. Kind of pricey. If you have the old decals, or have pictures of the old ones, they might be able to make a set. Call them and see what they can do for you.

NOTE: They only produce decals that are no longer made.

Thanks Guys. I've been working on my motor and have it really clean and thinking to put a fresh coat of paint on it. I wanted to put a shiny new orig looking sticker on it. Think I'll have one created. Excited to get this looking like it did in 1984.

Perhaps you might consider re-thinking the original decal replacement. These were made at a car wrap shop and only cost 35 bucks per side. Although these are all big covers for 4 cylinder engines, I am currently stripping and repairing a small 2 cylinder 50 HP cover to receive new decals.

Frank those look good. I wouldn't put them on my family boat but at least I can still appreciate some good art!

Well, that's where you are wrong. Most of these are by well respected artists and the one in the center is in a museum in Warsaw. Whimsically titled "Last Baltic Mermaid Catching Bird Flu."

Certainly you would have no compunction taking kids to a museum to view fine art and sculpture, so why not have it displayed on an engine? I see no embarrassment to this. It is basically a throwback to the 70s when everyone had a van with murals on the sides. Yeah, I'm that old.

Don't mean to start a rant BUT: That's the trouble with this country today. We are all supposed to be "politically correct" in everything we do or say and it is basically ultra conservatives trying to stifle everyone else. That all I'm saying--no more politics.
