Haha! I know how you feel! I'm getting ready to dump about $1500 into mine in the next few weeks here. Have to get my bellows replaced. The price of gas is going to keep from getting it out as much as I did last summer (2 or 3 times a week), but this is what we do people. This is our hobby, this is what we do to have fun, or at least what I do to have fun. I love my boat, but I like to complain about how much it costs me. LOL!

The silver dollar thing is perfect. I know the definition of boat but at this point mine is a hole in the driveway I throw money into lol. I'll get her sorted out one of these days. Till than I can still sit in her and go vroom vroom. :D

It's not so much the "boat" that's expensive it's "boating" that costs so much. Associated items like radios, speakers, trailers, greases, and fuel make it an expensive hobby. Besides, by my calculations you're only in it for $920 so far, lol.

Yes it's amazing the expenses that pop up that you never think about before you buy the boat. Also a lot of them are relatively cheap but add up so much faster than you'd expect.

Boating is like standing in the shower shredding $100 bills
