Off to a good start. I imagine there's a good bit of rotted wood in bottom of the hull as well.

Looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you. Good luck with your build, I'll be following along. Very interesting boat, I like the sleek look.

The cap is off. Is there more to be disassembled? I think I have to cut the bodem to seperate it and to be able to looke at the stringers? Is it possible that the stringers are hollow so no wood in it or there is always wood in it?

It is possible they are hollow although more typically they are glassed wood.

Just checked the stringers and guess what, jup spoungy wood. Drilled some holes in them where I could reach it with the drill and found some rotten wood:facepalm:.
Can someone tell me how to cut the bottom? Our just make a cut about 10cm from the outside and then later put new wood and polyester on it?

Best thing in my opinion is to lose all of the decking to expose the stringers and wooden structure. Take lots of pictures and measurements. Cut all the wood out, grind to fresh glass and start building from the hull up.
I use a combination of a grinder with a metal cutting disc, circular saw, sawzall, and vibrating plunge cutter. It's a lot of work, but she'll be better than new when finished.

Looks like a fun project for you and your son. This is the right place to get all of the advice you need. I am starting on my own with a tinny but love looking at all of the others. Don't have any any experience with a glass boat, but would suggest looking at all of the other restorations. You will find many examples of other projects with similar issues. Youtube and Iboats will be your friend. I am visual so I suggest looking at "Project GlastronVlog" on youtube as he shows how he disassembled his boat (Although it looks like his flooring was not tied in (plus I think he has a thread on here too)). Also "Project Fuggly" on here by archbuilder has some great examples on his project (Including removal of floor pg. 5-9). Hope that helps point you in some direction.

Just like Bayliner said. Make sure the boat is cradled enough so sides don't flop out of shape. You are in it knee deep now. Have fun and wear the right protective gear.

Yes that is how I would start ... Careful not to cut through the hull so set your saw to cut only about a 1/2" .... That should just go through the deck ..
