Hi guys - got a little snag with my jet out board.(150 Yamaha) .. in shallow water its a hoover. The design is totally defective as the water intake for the conventional cooling pump is directly above the jet screw. The jet is tolerant of sand etc - the cooling impeller & my heads are'nt.<br /><br />Anybody been succesful in replumbing the water pick up?
