OutBoard Identification

I am repairing a outboard but do not know the year, make, or hp. The model number is 4606M and the serial is E0003468. Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br /><br />Brian

4606 model number is a 1976 4hp Evinrude?<br />hope this helps
