1969 45hp chrsler motor. motor mfr's serial no. 2449. had starter checked it's fine..battery is good. motor will roll over by hand but turns over real slow with starter. can you tell me why this is.

Take jumper cables and go from the battery right to the starter. This checks to see if its the battery cables are any good. If it still cranks slow and your sure the battery is good than its the starter. I can probably help you find a starter. Hope that helps.
