Outboard motor design

Hey guys,<br />I need some help finding an outboard motor design, that shows each part of the motor. Im in a Engineering class, and i need to find a basic outboard motor (under 60hp) that i can model in 3D works. All i really need is basic parts and how they would go together... even if its just a sketch of how it works. Thanks for the help

A quick search just returned over two million documents on two stroke engine design. I suspect a four-stroke search would return an equal number. Yamaha's web site has their parts catalog on-line. Check your local library -- they normally have service manuals for most outboards. The manuals have detailed pictures and drawings of the various components as well as theory of operation.
