Yeah, usually there's a local outboard graveyard somewhere nearby. That's usually where you find your best deals. These days I show up with an injury disclaimer and they let me dive right in their junk piles. There's a few online ones such as tcoutboard.com and marinepartsoutlet.com. You'll probably find more if you google 'used outboard parts' .
